Returning goods

Rules for returning goods in the online store Pakella.lv Returning goods is possible. However, if you are in doubt about whether to order a package that really suits your needs, please contact us for advice by writing to veikals@pakella.lv. Our customer advisors will be happy to advise you, and this will help you avoid a time-consuming return procedure.

Return information:

You can return the product within 30 days from the day the product was delivered.

The product must not be used, it must be undamaged and it must not have lost its original value and appearance.

The product must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging and must not have lost the appearance of the product.

The item must have all attached tags.

You will be refunded the amount of the goods without the shipping cost.

How do returns work?

Find the "Return Security Code" on your invoice or email confirming delivery or fulfillment of your order.

Enter the return code in the field on this page and click the "Return" button, or you can do the same by logging into the "Returns" section of your customer account.

Complete the electronic return form.

Send the item(s) to the address below.

Please indicate the order number on the package. In this format: PAXXXXXXXXX.

The returned item must be sent by courier to the following address:

Attention! The goods must be delivered by yourself or by a courier directly to the specified return address!

You are responsible for the goods you are returning until you have delivered them to our return point. We recommend:

Carefully pack the goods so that they do not lose their appearance during shipping and reach us safely.

Choose a reliable and safe delivery method. Reminder! The goods must not have been returned using postal services. Make sure that the package is delivered to the specified address.

Keep proof (eg tracking number) that the package was sent.

Important! We are not responsible for items lost, damaged or sent in error during return.

Upon receiving the item you want to return, the Pakella administration undertakes to inform the customer within 14 days whether the item met the return criteria. If the product to be returned meets these criteria, Pakella undertakes to return the money paid for the product.

Exchange of goods

If you want to exchange the product for another product, first go through the product return procedure and create a new order with the desired product.
