Vacuum bags are made of PA/PE film, they are smooth on both sides. Depending on the application and the specifics of the product, films of different thicknesses are used in the production of vacuum bags. 65-70my (micron) bags are most commonly used, but 80, 90 or 120my bags are also often used. These bags are suitable for packaging food products and technical products. The main task of vacuum bags is to slow down the natural deterioration of the products in the bag, thereby increasing the shelf life. The bags are intended to be used using specialized vacuum equipment, which creates a vacuum inside the bag and melts the bag. The bags are intended for heat treatment at 95°C for up to 1.5 hours.
