AS Antalis has officially concluded a transaction for the purchase of 100% of the capital shares of SIA Pakella
We are pleased to inform you that on 2024 April 30 AS Antalis completed the
deal to acquire 100% control in SIA Pakella and its subsidiaries in Lithuania
and Estonia.
Please
note that no changes will happen at operational level – open orders and
delivery addresses, payments and bank accounts, contact details and persons
remain unchanged.
