We have initiated the reorganization of SIA “PAKELLA” (reg. no. 40003298872) (hereinafter – PAKELLA) and Joint Stock Company “ANTALIS” (reg. no. 40003135842) (hereinafter – ANTALIS AS), within the framework of which PAKELLA is being merged with ANTALIS AS by way of acquisition.
